What you will do

• Lead BIM and VDC efforts for building automation and EPMS scope on critical infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project models for system panels, field devices, conduit, and raceways.
• Perform clash detection and constructability reviews using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Coordinate with project managers, field leaders, and external designers to ensure model accuracy and align content with installation.
• Drive issue tracking and resolution of model conflicts affecting installation, access, and sequencing.
• Generate clash reports, issue logs, and visual exhibits to support construction logistics and planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and possess a valid driver's license with a REAL ID or passport.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM/VDC lead coordination engineer on large-scale construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites across the US and perform regular local travel.
• Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and optimize processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with laser scanning, point clouds, drone capture, or reality capture workflows.
• Experience producing construction visuals, sequencing plans, and presentation-ready graphics.
