What you will do

• Design, integrate, and configure technical solutions for providers, payers, and state agencies.
• Deploy new capabilities to facilitate seamless data exchange across the homecare ecosystem.
• Establish project plans, communicate status updates, and manage the project lifecycle from development to delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure solutions meet performance standards.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, CSM, and Engineering to ensure successful ongoing performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (required for W2/FLSA status).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience with complex customer implementations and system integration.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as X12, HL7, and APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical project management acumen.
• Experience working with State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and SaaS environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing and support systems.
