What you will do

• Manage projects across the full lifecycle: inception, design, development, deployment, and subsequent improvements.
• Coordinate high-profile projects across product, science, and engineering teams within advertising and retail organizations.
• Prioritize and plan project features, manage partners, and track external commitments.
• Recommend alternative technical approaches and partner with technical teams to meet timelines.
• Implement and role model the use of GenAI to increase team productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work in Seattle, WA, USA
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of TPM experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs.
• Proven track record of developing and executing product and technical roadmaps.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses.
• Demonstrated track record of innovative AI solution development.
