Program Manager, International Projects (Aerospace/Defense): Lead end-to-end execution of complex customer programs for uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS), FPV UAS, and uncrewed surface vessels (USV) in Asia-Pacific region with an accent on cost, schedule, technical performance, and export compliance. Focus on managing multiple high-value programs ($100K-$50M+), cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Primary work location Salt Lake City, Utah facility; hybrid work negotiable. Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR/EAR restrictions, no sponsorship); active U.S. Passport required; willingness to travel up to 25% (some international).

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end program execution, aligning cost, schedule, performance, and export compliance.
- Manage delivery of hardware, data, services; conduct meetings, track issues, resolve risks.
- Interface with customers, resellers, US/international governments; support business development.
- Establish controls, metrics, reviews; handle scope changes, resource planning, continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, legal, finance, and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related (or equivalent)
- 5+ years Project Management in aerospace/defense with hardware; international PM experience
- Knowledge of export processes, end-user certificates, US/APAC government procurement.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, MS Office; program management best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, team building; self-starter in fast-paced environment.
- Cleared/clearable to Secret; eligible for ITAR/EAR access without export authorization
Nice to have
- Semi-fluent in APAC language (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, etc.); APAC cultural familiarity.
- Experience with US/International Gov agencies, FAR/DFARS, DoD processes.
- Opportunity capture, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, product development interaction.
