Program Manager, International Projects (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program execution, aligning cost, schedule, performance, and export compliance.
• Manage delivery of hardware, data, services; conduct meetings, track issues, resolve risks.
• Interface with customers, resellers, US/international governments; support business development.
• Establish controls, metrics, reviews; handle scope changes, resource planning, continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, legal, finance, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related (or equivalent)
• 5+ years Project Management in aerospace/defense with hardware; international PM experience
• Knowledge of export processes, end-user certificates, US/APAC government procurement.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, MS Office; program management best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, team building; self-starter in fast-paced environment.
• Cleared/clearable to Secret; eligible for ITAR/EAR access without export authorization

Nice to have

• Semi-fluent in APAC language (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, etc.); APAC cultural familiarity.
• Experience with US/International Gov agencies, FAR/DFARS, DoD processes.
