Location: Hybrid (New York, NY)
Salary: $122,000 – $147,620 per year

What you will do
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.
- Coach CSMs to build consultative relationships and demonstrate value throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through routine engagement and business reviews.
- Monitor portfolios to identify risks and coach team members on retention and expansion strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and influence product decisions.
- Refine processes to improve operational excellence and track metrics like customer health and adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management.
- 1+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
- Proven track record of owning, growing, and retaining a book of business.
- Must be based in the New York City office (Hybrid).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, healthcare, or insurance environments preferred.
