What you will do

• Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.

• Monitor portfolios to identify risks and coach team members on retention and expansion strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs and influence product decisions.
• Refine processes to improve operational excellence and track metrics like customer health and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management.
• 1+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Proven track record of owning, growing, and retaining a book of business.
• Must be based in the New York City office (Hybrid).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, healthcare, or insurance environments preferred.
