What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy from ideation through execution and analysis, including audience definition and performance measurement.
  • Design and optimize product journeys to drive engagement across all stages from onboarding and activation to retention and re-engagement.
  • Develop and own the lifecycle marketing roadmap, aligning initiatives to business goals and prioritizing growth opportunities.
  • Implement segmentation strategies based on behavioral, transactional, and predictive data to maximize campaign relevance.
  • Lead a test-and-learn roadmap focused on improving activation and long-term customer value.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to elevate overall team capabilities in lifecycle strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial, or similar roles.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York City for hybrid work.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and commercial metrics.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical approach to decision-making with experience delivering against business outcomes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of sports, casinos, culture, politics, or experience in heavily regulated industries.
  • Baseline understanding of Email Service Providers (ESP) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies.
