What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy from ideation through execution and analysis, including audience definition and performance measurement.
- Design and optimize product journeys to drive engagement across all stages from onboarding and activation to retention and re-engagement.
- Develop and own the lifecycle marketing roadmap, aligning initiatives to business goals and prioritizing growth opportunities.
- Implement segmentation strategies based on behavioral, transactional, and predictive data to maximize campaign relevance.
- Lead a test-and-learn roadmap focused on improving activation and long-term customer value.
- Mentor and support junior team members to elevate overall team capabilities in lifecycle strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial, or similar roles.
- Must be based in Los Angeles, CA or New York City for hybrid work.
- Strong understanding of marketing and commercial metrics.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Strong analytical approach to decision-making with experience delivering against business outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of sports, casinos, culture, politics, or experience in heavily regulated industries.
- Baseline understanding of Email Service Providers (ESP) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) technologies.
