Senior Integrated Marketing Manager (iGaming): Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for core sports tentpoles with an accent on cross-functional alignment and full-funnel marketing plans. Focus on driving end-to-end campaign leadership across paid, owned, and earned channels to improve acquisition and retention.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and authorized to work for any US employer). Atlanta, GA preferred.
Salary: $130,000 – $155,000

What you will do
- Lead integrated marketing strategies for key sports seasons and tentpole moments like NFL, NBA, and MLB.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Promotions to operationalize comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Establish campaign frameworks, messaging direction, and briefing standards for Creative, CRM, and Social teams.
- Define success metrics and lead optimization strategies to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and prioritization support to junior team members.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or related consumer/gaming roles.
- Proven ability to execute multi-channel campaigns at scale and connect business goals to execution.
- Experience collaborating across Product, Creative, Analytics, and Paid Media teams.
- Strong project management skills to handle complex, concurrent initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights for strategy optimization.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Experience in daily fantasy sports, sports betting, or gaming.
- Familiarity with Braze, Tableau, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale seasonal or tentpole marketing initiatives.
