Salary: $257,243 – $474,416

What you will do
- Act as the General Manager for the oncology product line, owning the strategic roadmap for Northstar.
- Lead product launch strategies, overseeing everything from assay development to software applications and regulatory constraints.
- Manage and inspire cross-functional teams of R&D, clinical, engineering, and commercial experts.
- Serve as the company's leading expert on user needs and market trends in oncology diagnostics.
- Collaborate with UX designers to deliver a seamless user experience across the entire testing process.
- Monitor product performance and market shifts to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of product management experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex product lines.
- Proven experience launching diagnostic testing products, preferably in oncology or NGS-based diagnostics.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities across cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in product launch strategy, go-to-market execution, and program management.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to the SF Bay Area.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in molecular biology, bioengineering, medicine, chemical biology, or a related field.
- Experience launching and managing NGS-based diagnostic testing assays.
