What you will do

  • Define and lead the creative and content strategy across all channels to align with global brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate positioning into integrated campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of content creators, copywriters, and creative strategists.
  • Establish creative standards and governance frameworks to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
  • Act as the guardian of the brand voice and creative identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners to optimize resources and quality.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in brand, content, or agency environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing creative organizations.
  • Proven ability to translate complex brand strategies into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort presenting creative concepts to C-suite leadership.
  • Deep expertise in brand storytelling, messaging architecture, and multi-channel campaign development.
  • Must be based in New York City to support the hybrid work requirement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, or capital markets industries.
  • Background spanning both agency and in-house brand environments.
  • Familiarity with digital-first content creation and data-driven creative optimization.
