Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 Annual

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with marketing and business partners to align creative solutions with organizational goals.
• Translate consumer insights, data, and market trends into cohesive strategic recommendations and creative directions.
• Shape positioning, messaging, and customer journeys across digital, social, and mobile channels.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and collaborative planning sessions with internal agency teams and stakeholders.
• Guide creative teams throughout the development process to ensure strategic alignment and effectiveness.
• Operate upstream in planning conversations to identify opportunities before projects enter the agency workflow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years of experience in marketing, creative business, or agency environments.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders within complex organizations.
• Experience developing strategies for social media, digital advertising, websites, and mobile apps.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting healthcare, wellness, or financial services industries.
• Knowledge of CX, UX, and integrated marketing strategy principles.
• Experience using GenAI to support strategic thinking and creative development.
• Familiarity with Figma, FigJam, Adobe Workfront, or similar collaboration tools.
