Service Delivery Engineer

Location: Denton, US. Must be authorized to work in the US. hirify.global is not able to consider applicants who require international relocation to the United States. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this position.

Annual Base Salary: $60,100–$86,400 + 10% performance incentive.

What you will do

• Travel to customer sites (up to 90%) to perform preventive/corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations
• Analyze technical issues, escalate when needed, and train customer operators to support production efficiency
• Monitor service contracts, contribute to business development, and ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards
• Represent hirify.global professionally, suggest improvements for customer operations, and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in maintenance, service, or installation positions
• Educational background in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
• Intermediate proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time
• Proactive attitude with strong commitment to customer service
