Technical Service Engineer, PMC

What you will do

• Perform field service work, data collection, and support for paper machine clothing issues at customer sites.
• Assist in shutdown services and clothing installations on all sections of the paper machine.
• Conduct inspections and services between clothing installations.
• Perform minor equipment and inventory audits supporting customer contracts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and Technology experts to deliver customer-focused results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) with minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in paper industry.
• Strong understanding of paper machine clothing (training provided for suitable candidates).
• Troubleshooting abilities.
• Travel required to customer sites.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; position not eligible for international relocation.
