TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify and realize growth opportunities.
  • Deliver and exceed year-on-year sales targets in collaboration with the USA team.
  • Capture and manage all relevant project information, including client, dealer, and timeline data, via Salesforce.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Organize product technical training for accounts and host client events, including visits to the Chicago showroom.
  • Analyze market conditions and design trends to align product offerings with client needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within the commercial interiors sector.
  • Strong existing network of contacts in Texas-based A&D practices and Regional Dealers (hirify.global and OpenLine).
  • Proven track record in creating and executing clear sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Expertise in collaborative sales techniques and experience selling to the design community.
  • Ability to frequently travel throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, including the ability to generate accurate quotations and forecasts.
