What you will do

• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities that meaningfully improve customer outcomes.
• Ship working prototypes rapidly to validate solutions instead of using conceptual slide decks.
• Define and track success metrics tied directly to customer value and product performance.
• Work hands-on with LLMs, APIs, and product code to implement features.
• Manage product scope and prioritize the most impactful 20% of ideas to ensure shipment.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver AI-powered experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping AI-powered features to real users.
• Ability to read code, query databases, and prompt LLMs with precision as daily tools.
• Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise PRDs.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments where priorities shift quickly.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and taking full accountability for outcomes.
