What you will do

• Define denial prevention as a product and own strategy across eligibility, benefits, prior auth, and cost estimation.
• Set direction for front-end RCM agents that navigate payer portals and surface accurate data at point of care.
• Build agent-based systems combining LLMs, real-time data, and browser automation to replicate top RCM operations.
• Influence leadership, partner with GTM, and represent product with customers and partners.
• Decide where to play, what to build, and what not to build in high-ambiguity environment.

Requirements

• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area for hybrid role
• Strong product judgment and deep RCM domain expertise in denial prevention workflows.
• Experience owning strategy and execution in high-ambiguity product areas.
• Ability to work closely with engineering on AI agent systems.
• Skills in shaping problems, defining success metrics, and influencing cross-functionally.
