What you will do

• Set AI product vision and OKRs aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional squads (AI/ML, Engineering, Design, Data) through discovery and delivery.
• Ship AI features including LLM-powered copilots, personalized visualization, and guided selling flows.
• Rapidly prototype using tools like Cursor, Replit, or v0.dev to validate assumptions.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for agent performance and revenue impact.
• Mentor teammates on AI best practices and product thinking.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience shipping AI/ML or agentic products.
• Fluency with LLM orchestration, vector databases, and evaluation pipelines.
• Proven track record of launching AI features at scale that move key metrics.
• Ability to translate complex technology into intuitive UX.
• Must be based in the U.S. (Continental time zones).

Nice to have

• Experience with sales-enablement or buyer-journey tools.
• Background in generative design, 3D visualization, or AEC tech.
