What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across pharmacy and patient service journeys.
• Drive rapid experimentation by converting ideas into testable hypotheses and designing MVPs and pilots.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem definition and solution design to launch and iteration.
• Bridge communication between business, clinical, and technology teams to ensure scalable and feasible solutions.
• Embed AI and human-in-the-loop controls into existing workflows, such as CRM and call center platforms.
• Track operational efficiency and business outcomes to scale successful pilots into broader deployment.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Deep healthcare domain experience, specifically in pharmacy services, Payer, or PBM ecosystems.
• Proven experience building data-driven or AI-enabled products.
• Demonstrated ability to drive rapid experimentation and MVP delivery.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prior Authorization (PA), Benefits Verification (BV), or patient onboarding workflows.
• Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI applications, and modern data stacks.
• Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA compliance).
