What you will do

• Own a specific product area, managing the entire problem space and product backlog.
• Lead the design and implementation of customer-facing AI-powered features.
• Rapidly develop working proof-of-concepts using AI prototyping and development tools.
• Collaborate with empowered teams of engineers, designers, and QA to drive product delivery.
• Conduct structured customer research, including interviews and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
• Analyze complex data and metrics to make evidence-based decisions on product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or software businesses.
• Proven track record of releasing successful AI-powered features that moved meaningful metrics.
• Hands-on experience with AI prototyping tools such as Claude, Figma Make, or Lovable.
• Technical understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt design, and model evaluation.
• Must be based in Ireland, Poland or the UK.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellence in written communication for specs and strategies.
