Location: Remote, must be based in Midwest / Central U.S.

Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 Base + Variable Bonus

What you will do

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline using disciplined CRM hygiene for forecasting and reporting.
  • Conduct discovery-driven sales processes to uncover client challenges and present tailored ROI.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders in EPC firms and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies based on field feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B or B2G enterprise consultative sales.
  • Must be based in the Midwest / Central U.S.
  • Experience with infrastructure sectors (utilities, transportation) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle long, complex sales cycles and public procurement processes (RFPs).
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
