Enterprise Sales Account Executive (AI): Driving revenue growth by converting open-source momentum and inbound interest from Fortune 500 engineering teams into committed enterprise contracts with an accent on consultative, discovery-driven sales. Focus on running complex technical sales cycles, managing high ACV contracts, and shaping the enterprise sales playbook from the ground up.

What you will do
- Own a quota and contribute $2–3M ARR in Year 1, managing deals from $65K to $150K+ ACV.
- Run consultative discovery cycles (2–4 months) with engineering leaders, security, and finance at Global 1000 companies.
- Convert existing inbound lead flow from Fortune 500 teams and develop an outbound motion for net-new logos.
- Quarterback technical POCs in collaboration with Forward-Deployed Engineers to close business cases.
- Structure 1-2 year contracts and establish land-and-expand paths within accounts.
- Feed customer signals back into product, pricing, and positioning to help define the category.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in technology sales with a growth trajectory in developer infrastructure, security, or engineering tools.
- Experience in high-growth startups (Series A/B/C) and a strong preference for low-bureaucracy environments.
- Proven bottoms-up selling skills (navigating from engineers up to the head of engineering and finance).
- Technical fluency to earn credibility with technical buyers and lead 90-minute discovery sessions.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and an enthusiasm for building a sales playbook from scratch.
- Strong ownership mentality and internal standards for quota attainment.
Nice to have
- Experience converting open-source communities or free-tier users into enterprise revenue.
- Working knowledge of the agentic AI stack (agents, middleware, orchestration frameworks).
- Experience selling into Fortune 500 organizations with rigorous security and procurement gates.
- Background as a Solutions Consultant or Sales Engineer who transitioned into a closing role.
