• Partner with business leadership to identify technological innovation opportunities.
• Own and iterate upon the architecture of hirify.global’s Service Cloud implementation.
• Develop the north star architecture and actionable roadmap for Customer Success platforms.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to assess architectural solutions.
• Build relationships with vendors and influencers to accelerate delivery.
• Assist with AI initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or software engineering.
• Experience with enterprise Service Cloud implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
