Focus on building scalable referral mechanisms and improving student engagement via email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Spain)

What you will do

  • Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and build learning habits.
  • Build intelligent trigger-based sequences for student motivation, reactivation, and critical-moment nudges.
  • Implement communication strategies to reduce refund rates by reaching students proactively.
  • Segment the user database by behavior and lifecycle status for targeted multi-channel messaging.
  • Drive engagement through CRM tools including email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
  • Develop a scalable referral channel system to acquire new students via existing ones.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Ability to think strategically and maintain high operational discipline.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different segments.
  • Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience working with Customer.io.
