What you will do
- Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce early churn and build learning habits.
- Build intelligent trigger-based sequences for student motivation, reactivation, and critical-moment nudges.
- Implement communication strategies to reduce refund rates by reaching students proactively.
- Segment the user database by behavior and lifecycle status for targeted multi-channel messaging.
- Drive engagement through CRM tools including email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
- Develop a scalable referral channel system to acquire new students via existing ones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
- Fluent level of English.
- Ability to think strategically and maintain high operational discipline.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different segments.
- Must be based in Spain.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience working with Customer.io.
