What you will do

• Lead North America financial planning cycles, including annual operating plans, periodic forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Manage regional financial performance via executive-level P&L and variance analysis.
• Develop and refine advanced financial models for scenario planning, investment evaluation, and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on the financial implications of business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Product, and Operations to translate strategic priorities into financial outcomes.
• Oversee monthly reporting and closing activities in coordination with Accounting and Corporate Finance to ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders (VP/SVP level or equivalent).
• Expertise in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Kennesaw, GA.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA or similar).
• 2–4+ years of people leadership or indirect leadership experience in matrixed teams.
