What you will do

• Lead annual and long-term budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units.
• Manage and develop direct reports through coaching and professional growth opportunities.
• Analyze monthly and long-term business trends and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure business performance and identify growth risks and opportunities.
• Partner with executive leaders to deliver strategic insights and robust financial commentary.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis within a large corporate environment.
• Experience building complex financial models and using systems like Hyperion, Essbase, SAP, or Anaplan.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong quantitative analysis skills.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an MBA.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
