What you will do

• Grow and nurture relationships with partners and resellers to identify new sales opportunities and extend market reach.
• Support partners in retaining existing end-user relationships and pursuing new business through mentorship and resource sharing.
• Promote and market the unified suite of products, ensuring partner alignment with company initiatives.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, seminars, and high-profile industry events.
• Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams including Sales, Support, Operations, and Accounting.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing client or partner relationships.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in relationship management.
• Top-tier written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Foundational understanding of IT systems and their integration into business workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a restaurant’s Operations or IT team.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Familiarity with the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry landscape.
