What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to articulate value propositions and strategy to customers.
• Lead technical validations and Proof of Value (POV) phases to close complex opportunities.
• Conduct product and technical demonstrations for various stakeholders, from developers to executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to improve the platform based on customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with prospects and existing customers as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Must be based in Germany.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Architect, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on knowledge of security products including SIEM, Log Management, IDS/IPS, and Threat Detection.
• Experience with SaaS multi-tenant architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to have

• Experience with open source collections like Telegraf, FluentBit, or Open Telemetry.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and modern microservices architecture.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Elastic.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
