Salary: Base $125,000, OTE $250,000

What you will do
- Define and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory.
- Communicate the value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and funnel development to closing.
- Forecast and exceed sales quotas using CRM and other supporting tools.
- Collaborate with product, support, and sales engineering teams to optimize the sales cycle.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and stay familiar with competing offerings.
Requirements
- Must be located in California.
- 3+ years of closing experience in the SaaS, Security, or DevOps industry.
- Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets (Top 10-20% of company).
- Ability to travel to clients to support sales relationships as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Domain experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps tooling, or CI/CD platforms.
- Previous startup experience.
- Strong sales aptitude and fundamental understanding of the sales process.
- Tech-savvy business acumen capable of articulating value in complex environments.
