What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical liaison post-sales, providing consultative technical support to maximize platform value.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and customer escalations.
- Drive customer success through technically led QBRs, post-sales training, and adoption strategies.
- Advocate for customer needs by relaying product feedback to the Product Management team.
- Guide customers through the onboarding phase to establish relationships and accelerate time to value.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell growth opportunities during technical account reviews.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, pre-sales, or similar roles.
- Experience or strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with security frameworks.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and experience with programming/scripting languages.
- Experience with malware, threat intelligence, sandbox analysis, and SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Elastic).
- Familiarity with MSP tools, including RMMs and PSAs.
