TL;DR

Renewals Specialist (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Partner with account managers, channel partners, and customers to retain and expand revenue through on-time renewals, upsells, and accurate quoting with an accent on pricing, co-term calculations, and churn risk mitigation. Focus on validating ARR in Salesforce, building compelling proposals, and delivering quotes 90-120 days in advance while aligning entitlements with usage.

Location: 100% remote (USA only, for U.S. candidates)

Salary: $60,000 - $95,000 per year + commissions, equity grants (U.S. candidates)

What you will do

  • Validate ACV categories, account ARR, and renewal history in Salesforce with Sales Operations and escalate complex cases.
  • Gather requirements for renewals, expansions, and upsells, handling co-term/true-up calculations and quoting.
  • Build and deliver proposals, manage pricing/discounts, and secure approvals for challenging scenarios like multidate co-terms.
  • Qualify decision makers, budgets, and timelines; deliver renewal quotes 90-120 days ahead of expiration.
  • Consult customers for product feedback, provide high-touch service, and mitigate churn risks with account teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Relevant experience in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, SFDC reporting, Opportunity/Contract management; Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) ideal
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment

  • Previous SaaS subscription renewals management
  • Experience with Clari for forecasting
