Salary: $195,000 – $225,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop and grow the North Boston geography to exceed sales goals and maximize ROI.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Academic and Community cancer centers.
• Create and execute a comprehensive strategic business plan for new account acquisition and client retention.
• Implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs) and drive strategic business partnerships.
• Stay current on hirify.global products, competitor landscape, and the payer/reimbursement environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales.
• Deep knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, and personalized medicine.
• Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel 50%-75% within the designated territory.
