What you will do
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for stakeholders and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
- Drive demand generation and promote the appropriate use of products.
- Develop and execute strategic cross-functional account business plans based on local market analysis.
- Utilize omnichannel technologies to implement brand strategies and tactics.
- Deliver complex scientific presentations to customers in a professional and compliant manner.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to optimize customer targeting and service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7+ years of account sales experience in pharma/biotech, with 5+ years in oncology preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in competitive markets.
- Experience working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and executive-level customers.
- Must live within the assigned geography.
- Ability to travel up to 65% overnight via car, plane, or train.
