Salary: $200,000 – $220,000 per year

What you will do

  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for stakeholders and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  • Drive demand generation and promote the appropriate use of hirify.global products.
  • Develop and execute strategic cross-functional account business plans based on local market analysis.
  • Utilize omnichannel technologies to implement brand strategies and tactics.
  • Deliver complex scientific presentations to customers in a professional and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to optimize customer targeting and service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7+ years of account sales experience in pharma/biotech, with 5+ years in oncology preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in competitive markets.
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and executive-level customers.
  • Must live within the assigned geography.
  • Ability to travel up to 65% overnight via car, plane, or train.
