Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 USD base plus bonuses

What you will do

  • Co-own the Marketing GTM strategy to drive pipeline and revenue across inbound, outbound, and ABM motions.
  • Manage marketing pipeline targets, forecasting, and performance models to ensure targets are met.
  • Oversee the marketing technology budget and investment strategy to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Direct the Marketing Operations and GTM Engineering team to build scalable systems and automation.
  • Align with Sales and RevOps on SLAs, conversion expectations, and funnel performance.
  • Transform data into actionable insights to identify funnel gaps and prioritize GTM improvements.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing strategy, revenue/marketing operations, or demand generation leadership.
  • Deep technical expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering marketing-driven revenue.
  • Strong experience with forecasting, funnel modeling, and performance management.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Finance) without direct authority.
  • Must be based in the United States.
