Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Set strategic vision and goals for Physician Coverage teams to meet financial and operational targets.
• Partner with Medical Leadership and Physician Recruiting on compensation planning and executive reporting.
• Oversee physician coverage responsibilities, including licensure, rosters, scheduling, and shift management.
• Optimize practice performance by balancing radiologist capacity, workflow, and volume changes.
• Lead and coach the Scheduling Team and FPCP to drive operational improvement and technology adoption.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in operations supervision and/or project management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, with preferred exposure to teleradiology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder relationship building.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Bradenton, FL.
