What you will do

• Develop and maintain legal and proactive consulting practices.
• Conduct site and product inspections, including physical testing and data acquisition.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and professionals on cases and projects.
• Prepare expert reports, deposition summaries, affidavits, and provide deposition/trial testimony.
• Research statutes, regulations, literature, and standards; analyze and provide written insights.
• Manage case files, evidence, and billable hours records.

Requirements

• Master’s degree required in Cognitive, Experimental, or Industrial Psychology; Neuroscience; Industrial & Systems Engineering; Human Factors or related field.
• Understanding of legal language, principles, research methods, court processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time management, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle physical demands: stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, drive to sites; up to 25% travel.
• Salaried exempt position with possible overtime.

Nice to have

• 3+ years in human factors litigation consulting.
• Ph.D. in relevant field.
• Board Certification from BCPE and/or Professional Engineer License.
