Laboratory Project Manager (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Execute clinical research projects within scope and budget, ensuring adherence to ICH-GCP and SOPs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and study teams from initiation to close-out.
• Develop and implement key study documents, including Laboratory Service Plans (LSP) and Sample Handling Manuals (SHM).
• Perform setup and quality control checks within the Laboratory Information Management system (LIMs).
• Monitor project financials, manage out-of-scope activities, and perform monthly revenue reconciliations.
• Mentor Associate Laboratory Project Managers and maintain the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).

Requirements

• BSc in Life Science, Business, or an equivalent degree.
• Proven project management experience within a laboratory or clinical research environment.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in or have the right to work in the United Kingdom

• Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, or MBA).
