What you will do

• Lead and mentor project management staff, developing career paths and role-specific competencies.
• Independently manage all phases of program delivery, from planning and setup to monitoring and closeout.
• Gather customer requirements and effectively communicate them to internal technical teams.
• Manage financial elements, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify project risks, propose mitigations, and maintain issue-tracking documentation for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to present services and operational data flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop professional staff.
• Strong understanding of the drug development process.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 20%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
