Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead complex global clinical trials through start-up, conduct, and close-out phases.
• Manage client relationships as the main point of contact for individual studies and sponsor portfolios.
• Oversee resourcing and financials, ensuring team budget targets and gross profit goals are met.
• Optimize workflows and develop operational deployment plans for new technology implementation.
• Collaborate with Business Development to support proposals for key accounts.
• Mentor and manage project management team members and clinical operations staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, or technical discipline.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in budget management and relationship management.
• Previous experience with CNS (Central Nervous System) projects.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in science or business.
• PMP Certification.
• Previous CRO experience.
• Prior supervisory or mentoring experience.
