What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of clinical trials, specifically focusing on EU projects.
• Translate high-level project goals into structured and actionable execution plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitor study timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Approximately 4-6 years of industry experience, including direct clinical project management.
• Solid knowledge of FDA and/or regional regulations, ICH GCP Guidelines, and clinical trial regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with clinical systems such as eTMF, CTMS, EDC, and DCT.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (Master’s, PharmD, PhD preferred).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management.
