What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of global workstreams, delivering high-quality industry outputs.
• Facilitate collaborative environments that foster participation and insight-sharing among industry leaders.
• Guide workstreams to deliver outcomes on time using structured project and change management approaches.
• Design and facilitate virtual and in-person events that provide clear ROI to members.
• Co-create impactful deliverables such as industry guidance, proof of concepts, and business cases.
• Monitor member engagement, identify risks, and communicate value stories to demonstrate impact.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related sectors.
• Must be home-based in the UK.
• Strong understanding of the biopharma landscape, including CDMOs and/or consulting environments.
• Proven experience managing projects or change programmes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights.
