What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate activities for 15+ employees in the Servicing Department.
• Monitor live reports and phone calls to ensure proper handling, efficiency, and compliance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions for underperforming staff.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and diffuse hostile callers.
• Organize collection workloads and assign accounts based on the degree of delinquency.
• Authorize or refer accounts for repossession and legal actions against debtors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Manager role with 5+ direct reports.
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and overtime.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet daily project deadlines.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and professional communication skills.
