What you will do

• Conduct virtual Good Faith Exams via video for aesthetics, IV hydration, injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, sexual health, HRT, and weight loss
• Verify patient residency, documentation, and member treatment requests against state regulations and approved scopes
• Answer member questions on dosing, protocols, adverse events, and complications
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems
• Participate in training webinars on supported procedures
• Collaborate with clinical team, member support, and compliance on escalations and updates

Requirements

• Active NP licenses in Texas (TX), Illinois (IL), and Pennsylvania (PA) – hard requirement
• 3+ years clinical experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Aesthetics, Medical Spa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery
• Deep knowledge of aesthetics and wellness treatments, risks, and contraindications
• Proficiency in EMR systems, telehealth platforms, and asynchronous messaging
• Quiet, professional workspace for patient calls
• Availability during evenings and weekends prioritized for higher volume
