What you will do

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and wellness.
  • Oversee full-cycle 401(k) plan administration, enrollment, compliance, recordkeeping, escalations, and vendor liaison.
  • Lead annual open enrollment processes with communication, education, and support.
  • Design, implement, and communicate new benefits initiatives and processes.
  • Project manage benefits projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and standards.
  • Serve as primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 4 to 6+ years of experience in benefits administration, including 401(k) plan administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA, ACA).
  • Experience managing open enrollment processes and benefits communications.
  • Proficiency with Benefits, HRIS, and Payroll administration systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills; Intermediate Excel.

Nice to have

  • Professional certification such as CEBS or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
  • Experience with third-party 401(k) providers, vendors, and Benefits Administration Partners.
  • Canada and Latin America Benefits Administration experience.
  • Experience implementing new vendors, technology, and programs.
