Salary: $85,000–$105,000

What you will do

  • Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and leaders to align people data and compensation strategy with organizational goals.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track key People metrics such as headcount, turnover, and time-to-fill.
  • Manage compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity planning, and perform market benchmarking.
  • Own the day-to-day management and data integrity of HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
  • Develop and document standardized People Operations processes to drive operational excellence and scalability.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance for reporting requirements, including EEO and AAP.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in HR analytics, people operations, or a data-heavy HR role.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker Studio, and basic SQL.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
