Salary: $103,000 – $137,800

What you will do

• Own the annual operating cycle for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefits programs.
• Conduct cost, utilization, and competitive benchmarking analyses to recommend plan improvements and cost containment.
• Manage vendor selection, contract renewals, and performance monitoring through established scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA regulations, partnering with Legal and HR teams.
• Develop KPI dashboards to track participation, claims trends, and vendor performance.
• Lead end-to-end benefits projects including vendor transitions, system enhancements, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in benefits, total rewards, or HR operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA).
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
• Strong analytical skills in Excel and experience with project management fundamentals.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Experience with process automation.
