Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 a year

What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for clients, leading both the strategic and executional aspects of commerce-focused projects.
- Partner with Group Directors in high-level strategic and financial conversations with senior-level clients (VP/EVP).
- Champion client business objectives within the agency to ensure all team outputs align with execution goals.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients and build strong relationships through a consistent on-site presence.
- Translate commerce expertise in UX/UI, content management, and shopper marketing into sharp team direction.
- Collaborate with Client Operations to optimize internal workflows and facilitate cross-functional communication across Strategy, Creative, Media, and Data teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience in digital, creative, media, or business consulting environments.
- Proven experience managing commerce programs, including website UX/UI design and shopper marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex concepts persuasively.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex projects with numerous stakeholders.
- Must be based in or near Minneapolis, MN to support a structured-hybrid work model and on-site client visits.
