What you will do

• Drive large-scale Digital & Data Platform (DDP) initiatives with high financial and organizational risk.
• Direct project development from initiation to completion, managing expectations with stakeholders.
• Define the team roadmap and align resources to meet organizational objectives and budgets.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify gaps and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop progress reports, requirements documentation, and executive-level presentations.
• Standardize project management processes, governance, and contingency plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in business and project management, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
• 5 years of proven management experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of project management techniques and Agile methodologies.
• Must be a US applicant.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
