Senior Scrum Master (Retail/E-commerce)

TL;DR

Senior Scrum Master (Retail/E-commerce): Lead Agile teams on enterprise-scale retail and eCommerce initiatives with an accent on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and cross-team coordination. Focus on removing blockers, coaching on best practices, and driving continuous improvement in scaled Agile environments like SAFe.

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site. Must be authorized to work legally in the US without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for retail/eCommerce teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize data-driven backlogs aligned with business outcomes.
• Support eCommerce domains like conversion funnels, checkout, inventory, payments, and analytics.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable sprint delivery across distributed teams.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices and monitor metrics like velocity and burndown.
• Drive transparency and alignment in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).

Requirements

• 7–10+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex retail/digital commerce.
• Deep experience with eCommerce platforms and digital retail workflows.
• Prior work in enterprise programs or multi-team environments.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge with coaching ability; certifications like CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards.
• Background in consulting, enterprise transformation, or high-scale retail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), composable commerce, or similar ecosystems.
