What you will do

• Lead day-to-day support for a dedicated enterprise client, managing communications and stakeholder expectations.
• Own ClickUp management, including project plans, timelines, and task tracking for multi-service workstreams.
• Coordinate between Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Manage intake of new client requests, prioritize deliverables, and identify potential blockers or risks.
• Draft proactive client communications, status updates, and documentation for QBRs and executive updates.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in account or project management, preferably within an agency.
• Proven experience managing enterprise clients with annual media budgets of $25M+.
• Strong working knowledge of Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, and Analytics.
• Proficiency with project management tools, specifically ClickUp.
• Must be located in one of the approved US states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, SC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT) or based in Boston.
