TL;DR

Account Director, Hyperscale Sales (Data Centers): Leading strategic development and execution of sales and brand presence within the Hyperscale and Global Strategic Account community with an accent on high-density compute environments. Focus on identifying, penetrating, and closing target prospect accounts to retire monthly quotas.

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship provided)

Salary: $159,000 - $180,000 per year

What you will do

  • Prospect new opportunities and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and market pricing.
  • Manage account planning, revenue forecasting, and opportunity management for existing Hyperscale customers.
  • Leverage partnerships, indirect channel partners, and carrier relationships to drive sales.
  • Develop and implement account and marketing plans to build relationships with management levels within Hyperscale accounts.
  • Document and maintain customer contact plans, contract progress, and revenue opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows and hyperscale-focused networking events.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work for any employer in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven success in solution-based selling, specifically in the Hyperscale data center space.
  • Deep understanding of high-density data center solutions and infrastructure.
  • Technical knowledge of networking and Cloud/HyperScaler connectivity.
  • Disciplined use of CRM for forecasting and sales activity tracking.
