Salary: $123,000 — $150,000 USD (Base)

What you will do

  • Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders in the SLED sector to uncover business challenges and objectives.
  • Deliver tailored, value-driven SaaS enterprise solutions using a consultative, solution-based selling approach.
  • Articulate the value of AI-driven observability and automation to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and close both short and complex sales cycles, ensuring strategic prioritization of resources.
  • Secure net-new business while expanding existing accounts to consistently exceed revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Utilize AI tools and Salesforce to optimize account strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling B2B technology solutions, with significant experience in SLED organizations.
  • Proven success building and sustaining C-level relationships within State & Local Government and Education.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex cloud, SaaS, and AI-enabled technologies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve productivity and customer engagement.
